2024 Chevy Silverado HD Custom

The HD Custom is the next step up from the basic WT trim with an MSRP of $46,800. A couple differences from the WT are that it comes with carpeted flooring instead of vinyl, and it comes with a SiriusXM 3 month trial.

The 2024 Chevy Silverado HD LT has an MSRP of $47,400. The LT trim is where the upgrades and more luxurious features start to come into play. Two major changes from the WT and Custom are the 13.4 inch diagonal infotainment center, and the 12.3 inch driver information center. Some other features that are upgrades in comparison are the keyless open and start, and the steering wheel mounted controls.

2024 Chevy Silverado HD LTZ

The 2024 Chevy Silverado HD LTZ has an MSRP of $56,800. The LTZ is where the features become more expansive and convenient. For starters, adjusting the driver and passenger seat positioning changes from a 4-way manual as in the WT, Custom and LT, to a 10-way power. Not only that, it has the upgraded dual-zone automatic climate control and a 120-volt power outlet.

2024 Chevy Silverado HD High Country

The 2024 Chevy Silverado HD High Country has an MSRP of $71,000. This trim is top of the line for luxury, style, and convenience. Don’t forget, it’s not just pretty and cool, it can still be put to work and get the job done.

Some things that set it apart from the other trims is it comes standard with a bed view camera, front bucket seats, HD Surround Vision, and a power sliding rear window. It is also the only trim that comes standard with high-tech safety features. The LT and LTZ have the option for some of these features, but they don’t come standard like they do in the High Country.

2024 Chevy Silverado HD ZR2

The 2024 Chevy Silverado HD ZR2 is the first of its kind. It has an MSRP of $71,495. The HD ZR2 has the same capabilities customers want from the HD, but adds the off-road capabilities the ZR2 badge offers.

With the different trims for the 2024 Chevy Silverado HD, there are some variations in the interior. The LT, LTZ, High Country and ZR2 come with a 12.3 inch diagonal driver information center and a 13.4 inch diagonal infotainment system with Google built in. Being the more basic trims, the WT and Custom come with a 3.5 inch diagonal monochromatic driver information center, and a 7 inch diagonal touchscreen infotainment system.

There isn’t a huge difference in color schemes until the High Country, but there are some differences worth mentioning. To start, the WT comes with Jet Black vinyl or cloth seats, and the Custom only comes in Jet Black cloth.

The LT has two color options- Jet Black and Gideon/Very Dark Atmosphere. Both colors come in either cloth or leather. The LTZ comes with the same color options, but it only comes in perforated leather.

The High Country stands out with its own color schemes for the interior. The classic Jet Black, then the unique Jet Black/Umber and Jet Black/Nightshift Blue. All three color options come in perforated leather.

The ZR2 comes in Jet Black as well, but it is standing out by offering Graystone as another option. No matter the color choice, the material will be perforated leather.

There are plenty of color options with the 2024 Chevy Silverado HD, regardless of the trim. The WT comes in 6 colors:

All trims come with a suspension package. They come with short long arms and independent front suspension with torsion bars. The rear suspension has semi-elliptic three-stage multi-leaf springs, but with the Max Towing Package it will come with the 3500 series leaf springs and shocks.

The 2024 Chevy Silverado HD comes standard with 6.6L V8 Gas engine, but all trims also have the option for 6.6L Duramax Turbo-Diesel V8 engine. The fuel economy has not yet been revealed, but it comes with a 36 gallon fuel tank.

Every trim comes with Allison 10-speed automatic transmission. All of the trims except for the LTZ, ZR2 and High Country have the option for the Allison 10-speed automatic transmission with integrated Power-Take-Off.

The 2024 Chevy Silverado HD was made with the customers in mind when creating the towing capabilities. Chevrolet has upgraded the towing and trailer features to make it easier for the customer.

Some of those are an extended blind zone area in the Trailer Side Blind Zone Alert feature, and the adaptive cruise control now takes into account the trailer for drag and braking distance. All of the trims except the WT and Custom come standard with an integrated trailer brake controller.

It also now has a max trailering capacity for all trims of 22,500lbs, with a max torque of 975 lbs/ft with the 6.6L Turbo-Diesel V8 engine. The engine and truck style will make the towing weight vary, with the lowest being in the regular and double cab standard bed at 14,500lbs conventional towing.
